How to shop & place an order

How do I find a specific product on your website?

If you have a general idea of what you’re looking for, or even just want to see what’s popular, we’d suggest trying the search bar located at the top of our website on either desktop or mobile. Alternatively, you can browse our collections by category, such as apparel, shoes, or accessories, or try our Edits or Gift Guides if looking for a little bit of inspiration.

How do I add a product to my shopping cart?

After you've chosen your desired size and color on the product page, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button. You can view your cart by clicking the cart icon on the top right of the website.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

To remove an item from your cart, go to your shopping cart, find the item you want to remove, and click on the 'Remove' link.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

You can enter your discount code at checkout. Just type the code into the box labeled 'Discount Code' and click 'Apply'.

How do I place an order?

Once you have all your items in your cart, click on the 'Secure Checkout' button. Here, you will then have a few options to enter your shipping and payment information to choose from.  

  1. A great option is to take advantage of the quick checkout buttons to use familiar services where you may already have an account and your information securely stored, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or MetaPay.  For these, just click on the button for the service you’d like to use and follow the prompts to login to those service as directly and then be sure to complete your UNUMSHOP order.
  2. You’ll also have the option to enter your shipping and payment information directly and UNUMSHOP will securely process your payment.  For this option, we’d encourage you to follow the prompts so you can create an UNUMSHOP account and securely save your shipping and payment information so you can use the completed information for future shopping visits on UNUMSHOP.  Of course, you’ll also be given the opportunity to checkout as a guest, meaning you shipping and payment information will not be retained by UNUMSHOP after the completion of your order.

For Apple Pay or Google Pay users, you can even go ahead and purchase directly from the product page if you so choose when either of those payment options appears on the product page below the “Add to cart” button.

How will I know if my order was placed successfully?

After placing your order, you will be directed to a confirmation page that shows your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it's been placed?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. However, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed for shipping.

I’m having trouble placing an order. What should I do?

Do you have a physical store location?

Currently, we operate exclusively online to reach a wider audience and maintain a lower carbon footprint. However, we are always exploring opportunities to better serve our customers and will always be sure to keep our customers updated on exciting new developments.
