How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account here and navigating to the 'My Orders' section. Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link you can simply click on once your order is on its way. 

We know you probably have other things to do than check up on your order shipments though, so we’ll also keep you updated with order updates such as when your order processes, ships, and even if it encounters any delays, so no need to keep an eye on your order unless you so choose.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, debit cards and other popular online payment methods.

How can I be sure my personal information is safe?

We take data security very seriously. All transactions are encrypted using advanced Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security technology to protect your personal information and we absolutely do not sell your information to any third parties, ever.

What kind of shipping materials do you use?

In line with our sustainability mission, any shipment you receive directly from us or from our brand partners will use only recycled and/or biodegradable packaging materials for shipping (all the way down to the ink and the packing tape we use!). All of our and our brand partners' shipping materials are designed to minimize environmental impact.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the product and your location. We aim to process and ship all orders in 1-2 business days, and then most orders will arrive within 5-7 days of shipping.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number in your shipping confirmation communication so you can follow your package, or you can always log into your account and track your order from there. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Information.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it's been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team here or at livewell@unumshop.com as soon as possible. However, please note that once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

What should I do if I received a faulty or damaged item?

Please contact our customer service team at livewell@unumshop.com with your order number and a description of the issue within 30 days of receipt of the item so we can work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page on our site includes a detailed size guide to help you find your perfect fit. Most products also include information on the fit of each product in the product description. Can I gift wrap my order?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer gift wrapping services.  We are always looking for opportunities to better serve our customers though so please let us know at livewell@unumshop.com if this is an area of interest so we can evaluate how to potentially offer this in the future.
