Domestic Shipping
We offer both standard and express shipping options for all domestic orders. The estimated delivery time and cost for each option (when applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days and is always free to you within the Continental US.

Express Shipping: If you need your order sooner, you can opt for our express shipping. Typically time and additional costs will be noted at checkout.
Please note that these timelines begin once your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them.
Free Shipping
Just a friendly reminder that all standard shipping on UNUMSHOP is always free within the Continental US.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping outside the Continental US.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this number and link to monitor the progress of your delivery. We know you probably have other things to do than check up on your order shipments though, so we’ll also keep you updated with order updates such as when your order processes, ships, and even if it encounters any delays, so no need to keep an eye on your order unless you so choose.
Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as non-delivery or damaged items, please contact our customer service team at livewell@unumshop.com. We will work quickly to resolve any issues to ensure your satisfaction. Please note however that we can not be help responsible for packages lost or stolen after it is marked delivered by the delivery company.
